Slaughter and primary processing is one of the most specific and complex technological stages of meat processing. We pay special attention to this process in our production, since it is here that the basis for the future quality of the final product is laid.

Particular attention is paid to the problem of "humanization" of the slaughter process. In addition to the ethical aspects of this problem, another factor is also very important - humane treatment of animals reduces stress on the animal's body, significantly improves the quality of meat. And the company has implemented and certified the HACCP management system. All activities are based on strict compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the EurAsEC Customs Union.

Since 2018, VIMIT LLC has been included in the Register of Enterprises of Exporters of the EurAsEC and supplies 100% of its products for export.
